PepperJax Grill: Savor Delicious Cheesesteaks and More in Omaha

I had a rice bowl with steak, beans, peppers, corn, sour cream, and salsa. It was wonderful! The service was quick and friendly. They cook the steak after you order it, so it’s fresh and delicious. I’m pretty picky with meat, and often can’t eat this type of steak because it’s usually chewy, but that wasn’t the case here at all. Highly recommend!

Went in for dinner tonight with my boyfriend while we walked around downtown. Had to ask for the gentleman's name that made our Philly's because we both agreed it was one of the best we've had at PepperJax in a long time, so thank you Daniel for the awesome service while you were busy and the great food!

The staff is awesome. Every time I order from here no matter if it’s DoorDash or in person they make sure my food is absolutely delicious. If you want some amazing food come check this place out. Most amazing staff ever hands down. Give them a raise for sure.

Super great experience, had only been to the drive true PepperJax in Council Bluffs, IA before this. The workers were very nice. They weren't skimpy with sauces and add -on's . Didn't have to ask for extras that we needed, like forks and napkins. Crazy that something that Simple could be impressive, but compared to where I've been before Overall great experience.

Kenan was one of the best workers I’ve seen in a while as someone who works in the food industry he made the experience incredible! I would love to have him work at my store!!!! The food tasted so good he evenly did the toppings, and he knew time management and was so nice! Pleasant experience overall. He was the only one working and you couldn’t tell because he had it down pat!

Food was good. We thought two of the ladies behind the counter was going to get into a fight. Wasn't really sure how our food was going to come out. Plus attitude with the girl cashing us out. Maybe a little more training in customer service here.

I've been to PepperJax in the Old Market about five times. Today I stopped in for a Steak Bowl. The cook seemed to get a bit confused when I asked for no onions and then proceeded to put way too many peppers in the mix. When I sat down and began eating my first bite was all peppers. it was way too hot and overpower the flavor of the dish. I do like a little bit of spicy Heat but this was extreme. I picked thru and removed all the peppers and it turned out to be quite tasty. An observation I noticed the employee demographics are quite different here than the west Omaha location. Here it seems to mainly men with long hair and beards. With the food preparers having so much hair I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness of my food. Anyway. Overall it was a good lunch meal.
